Have you ever walked into a room and felt a noticeable shift in energy? Did you feel either a warm, inviting vibe or a heavy, uncomfortable one? That’s the power of vibration. Every person radiates energy. This energy influences not just how we feel, but also how we interact with people that we come in contact with. 

So since we all have the power of vibration.

Big Energy Vibe

“Big energy,” is a captivating, soul-igniting presence that is admired and cultivated. Many of us are dealing with stress and burnout, so having  “big energy” can become like a superpower. So do you want to live every day with more zest, presence, and purpose?

Ok, first let’s define “big energy”. Big energy goes beyond physical excitement. It’s about exhibiting a presence that’s undeniable. It is about being so attuned to yourself and your surroundings that others feel it too. 

Think of big energy as a cocktail of confidence, openness, and joy. It’s grounded and genuine. It is not a forced feeling. If you are a person with big energy, you have a natural radiance because you embrace authenticity in everything you do which then radiates outwardly inviting others to be authentic too. Now that’s big energy!

So let’s go a little deeper…

 

If you think about it, big energy at its core refers to the frequency at which a person’s energy resonates. High energy is not just excitement; it’s about reflecting love, joy, gratitude, and peace. 

People with high energy are present, self-aware, and emotionally balanced. They exude positivity, making them magnets for meaningful connections and opportunities.

Basically your thought patterns have to change and align with positive thinking. Listen to this video statement below…..

Take a look at this chart. It shows the level of thoughts that we are thinking. The highest level of thinking is enlightenment and the lowest level of thinking is shame.Now based on some research I have done, a lot of people stay grounded at the bottom part of this chart where we have pride, anger, desire, fear, grief, apathy, guilt and shame. Basically lots of negative thinking. Just think about it, most social media posts that we are attracted to deal with negative actions and drama. 

We thrive on this and brands and businesses know this, that is why they feed us thumbnails and titles to make us click and watch. Then when we do click, we keep going down the rabbit hole of negativity because ………. the algorithm of whatever we are watching or listening to tells us that we need more negativity and that is so far from what we need. However, that negative content is now on our television apps, our social media platforms, google is listening to you. 

You get my point right. It is harder to change from negative content since it is a part of the algorithm unless we dive into the backend of the platforms we use to erase and start over or we can try to disengage, but that’s usually not likely for most people. 

So what you have to do is….. start having a relationship with your thoughts. Then train your thoughts to be more positive than negative. You want “ Big Energy”.

Have you ever been around low energy people?

As you focus on the topic today, I also want you to recognize people who bring a negative energy.  Sometimes it is hard to recognize because you may be  in a friend group or around people that focus on negative thoughts.

Do you know the saying…… birds of a feather flock together? That is true, people are around people who are speaking and having the same thoughts. It’s human nature, but once you realize that the people or things you are around are feeding you negative energy, break away.

One thing that I will normally say to anyone that is speaking negativity into my life or speaking negative in general is this. “Remember everything you say out loud is being heard in the spiritual realm so don’t speak negativity in the atmosphere.”

Low energy is tied to emotions like anger, fear, or apathy. Low-energy people can create an atmosphere of negativity, whether they mean to or not. Low energy traits don’t make these people  “bad” people, however, their energy can feel heavy or draining to you.

They often focus on what’s wrong rather than what’s right. They dwell on problems, complain frequently, and struggle to see solutions. This mindset can create a cycle of negativity that reinforces low energy which then pushes people away.

As a matter of fact, Low-energy people often thrive on drama or conflict. I say, don’t engage when they do this. Stay calm, neutral, and detached from their emotional triggers. By refusing to feed into their negativity, you maintain control over your own energy. 

So with that being said, it is vital to exhibit “big energy” and stay clear of low energy people or low energy content. If you can’t avoid this, stay in your zone of big energy because when you do your positive energy can becomes contagious.

Big Energy Vibe

When trying to change your mindset or energy level to be more positive or to get that “big energy effect”, think about cultivating your routine throughout the day by practicing gratitude and mindfulness. Don’t forget to lift others up, create calm spaces, and foster positive connections. 

Protecting your energy is important. Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries is another way to have “Big” energy. My infamous quote is “Love who you are and let no one take your joy away”.  Knowing when to say no, avoiding toxic environments, and surrounding yourself with people who uplift each other is…. loving who you are and letting no one take your joy away. 

So I will end by saying, Have BIG energy. Your energy is your responsibility. Protect it, nurture it, and let it shine. When you do, you’ll find that the world around you becomes a reflection of your own “big energy”.

Creating a life of big energy is definitely a joy chaser move.
